I have this pain(sharp&stabbing) in my foot when I run barefooted(well, I was wearing socks) on my carpeted basement. It feels like an inflammation, but I don't know. When I rest, it gets better quickly, especially if I rub it. This is mostly on my right foot.
The pain is on the arch of my foot.
Any ideas on why this is happening?
oh, i know what that is like. and its nuthin serious. juss rub it with lotion every night. and it will get better in like a week or so. but its really not that bad.??
